Orders are placed with suppliers who are already tried and tested and certified by RHIEM quality management. Some procurement procedures stipulate that stock levels are monitored online and that the missing goods are delivered without being requested if they fall below the order level.

We take care of all shipping logistics for you, from incoming goods to physical warehousing, worldwide parcel shipping and returns management.
Integrate RHIEM’s many years of fulfillment experience in supplying the users of your marketing portal. We implement the recipient’s specific delivery guidelines precisely, label deliveries in line with requirements and announce them for you. During the shipping process, each delivery bill is scanned against the EAN of the individual product and the system verifies that this product belongs to this delivery bill.
All carriers and service levels available on the market are available to you for transportation. With the help of RHIEM, you can select the best possible mode of transportation depending on the application and destination country. As an authorized consignor, we also reliably handle export shipments for you, including export declarations. Order processing
The customer is king. And our support is therefore very individual. We support you personally in accepting and carrying out the shipping order. By customizing your advertising material, you stand out from the crowd. Our experienced team will provide you with comprehensive advice on which of the various imprinting processes, embossing or engraving techniques are best suited to your products and will ensure that the production process runs smoothly.
On request, RHIEM can handle all communication with the users of your marketing portal. We deal with all incoming questions promptly, in a friendly and solution-oriented manner. The customer support team takes care of all inquiries relating to payment, shipping and returns and also answers questions about the products.
You can set up individually defined service levels and define communication guidelines to establish standardized communication. Our Customer Support Team then uses these guidelines
in all interactions. This gives you a high level of consistency in your approach and brand promise. In order to offer you as much transparency as possible, we store all relevant communication data that
are available to you online as reports for analysis.
Accounting & Controlling
We make advance payments for you and take over the complete financing of the products. Invoices for completed orders are issued transparently in accordance with the agreed billing model, with WKZ billing on request. Comprehensive reporting helps to identify potential savings.
RHIEM acts for you as a distributor of promotional items and marketing materials. As the seller of the goods, we remain in the background and take care of all obligations arising from the purchase contract – from order processing, invoicing and clearing incoming payments to the payment of VAT. The end customer can read this constellation in the GTC of the online store and on the letterhead of the invoice. However, all processes take place under your logo. RHIEM does not appear as a brand, there is no unwanted brand transfer.
On request, we can take over the accounts receivable accounting for your marketing portal. Electronically provided account statements and the transaction logs of the various payment providers are automatically imported and assigned to the generated invoices and credit notes. You can also make use of RHIEM’s efficient dunning system for individual payment types.
