RHIEM wins the contract for Webshop & fulfillment services for Heldbergs, the new brand of the HABA family firm. Selected products and distinctive unique items: Heldbergs (www.heldbergs.com) makes childhood dreams come true and men’s hearts beat faster. The new online shop of family firm HABA from Bad Rodach supplies “really good stuff” for men who want more than middle-of-the-road, mainstream products. RHIEM handled the technical implementation of the online shop. The e-commerce provider from Voerde also takes care of warehousing and fulfillment, returns, accounts receivable and customer support.

Successful brands like HABA, Wehrfritz, JAKO-O and Qiéro! all belong to the HABA family firm. For the new Heldbergs brand, the company has now entrusted an external provider with the entire package, from implementation through to webshop operation: “This is a great leap of faith and a sign that our e-commerce offering is right,” says CEO Stefan Rhiem, D.Eng. “Through this kind of outsourcing, our clients make space for tasks such as brand maintenance and range expansion, while we take care of all of the operational business.”
Having developed from a printing works, the RHIEM Group designs and produces packaging and advertising material, along with providing webshop & fulfillment services. Options that are also available to Heldbergs include set packaging, gift packaging and product personalization using laser engraving or thermal transfer printing.
