Thereby, the webshop created by RHIEM belongs to a selected circle of the most user-friendly online shops in Germany. For the sixth time, the Shop Usability Award is awarded in the context of the K5 conference in Munich and is considered to be one of the most sought-after awards of the German e-commerce industry. Over 470 shops have applied for the award this year and have already been tested in the run-up to the awards regarding customer- and user-friendliness. The best 5 shops of each category have been nominated and now undergo a second examination by a expert panel in September.
