For the sixth time, the Shop Usability Award is awarded in the context of the K5 conference in Munich and is considered to be one of the most sought-after awards of the German e-commerce industry. Over 470 shops have applied for the award this year and have already been tested in the run-up to the awards regarding customer- and user-friendliness. The best 5 shops of each category have been nominated and now undergo a second examination by a expert panel in September.
